Have you ever found yourself watching a film only to discover that one of the characters is using your name? I recently began to notice that my surname, Sheridan, started to pop up in various films. The most notable to date was in Mamma Mia with Meryl Streep’s Donna Sheridan sharing my surname.
Recently I tried to find my blog on google, with no joy, and I ended up entering my full name into google. One of the first search options it returned pointed towards IMDB and the film The Ringer starring Johnny Knoxville, Katherine Heigl and Brian Cox. I haven’t seen this film although I am aware of it and what it’s about. Basically Johnny Knoville’s character attempts to trick his way into competing in the Special Olympics, their words not mine, to pay off some really bad debt. To cut a long story short Katherine Heigl’s character is called Lynn Sheridan!
