Appleseed is visually stunning and the soundtrack is superb, perfectly complimenting the action. The story is very interesting and whilst it may take a little long getting to the point it is still a very enjoyable film. The animation is a mix of computer generated animation and traditional anime. Hot chicks, big robots, big guns… boom, love it!
Synopsis: After the earth was decimated by a third world war Olympus, a Utopian society, was created to house what is left of humanity. Outside of the city the war rages on. Deunan, a commander in the war, is rescued and brought back to Olympus. There she discovers that Olympus is not quite the perfect society and elements from her past will return, some she didn’t even know about.
